Summary in plain English

• We do not require signup, and we do not store the numbers you enter into any calculator. All calculations run entirely in your browser.
• We use Plausible Analytics (cookie-free, privacy-friendly) and Google Analytics 4 (uses cookies) to understand aggregate traffic patterns.
• We display advertisements through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to personalize ads based on your browsing history.
• We do not sell personal information. We do not build a marketing profile of you beyond what is necessary to serve relevant ads.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on linked below, and you can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ad Settings.

Information you provide directly

The calculators on this site accept inputs such as your niche, audience country, view count, follower count, and video length. These inputs are used only in your browser to compute an on-screen estimate. They are not transmitted to our servers, saved in a database, or associated with any identifier. When you close the tab, the inputs are gone.

If you send us an email at xiansenliu@gmail.com, we will see your email address and the contents of your message. We only use this information to reply to you.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, when you visit a page we automatically receive certain technical information from your browser: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, approximate location derived from IP (city or region level), referring URL, and the pages you visit on this site. This information is used only to understand how the site is used in aggregate and to detect abuse.

Plausible Analytics

Plausible is a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sessions or sites, and does not collect any personal data. It reports only aggregated, anonymized metrics such as page views by URL, referrers, and country of origin. See Plausible's data policy for details.

Google Analytics 4

We also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 uses cookies to distinguish unique users and sessions. The information generated by these cookies (including a truncated IP address) is transmitted to Google and used to compile aggregated reports on site usage. Google may use this data subject to its own Privacy Policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from using your information by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on this site. Google and its advertising partners may place cookies on your browser to serve ads that are relevant to your interests. These cookies allow Google and its partners to recognize your device and show you ads based on your browsing history across this and other websites.

Data retention

Calculator inputs are never stored, so there is nothing to retain. Aggregate analytics data is retained for the periods set by Plausible and Google in their respective policies. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation, typically no longer than 12 months.

Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information about you, and to object to processing or request data portability. Because we do not maintain user accounts or store calculator inputs, most requests reduce to opting out of analytics and advertising — which you can do directly using your browser, the Google opt-out add-on, or Google Ad Settings as linked above.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network and uses analytics and advertising providers based outside your country of residence. By using the site you consent to your usage data being processed in those jurisdictions, subject to the safeguards the providers implement.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the site evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page or the changelog.
